This advertisement appeared in the local newspaper Yaeyama News (Yaeyama shinpō) on August 21, 1924.
It promotes a new cold remedy and new medicine for stomach troubles.
It says that these medicines are available not only at the selling agency in Taipei, but also in the retail shop in Ishigaki Island.
It was not unusual for new goods and products to be introduced by agents in colonial Taipei, and then sold by branch and retail shops in Ishigaki Island.
